6 Month Assured Shorthold Tenanct agreement

Arrears - 7 Day letter

To be issued when rent arrears are 7 days overdue.   

 

 

 

Arrears - 14 Day letter

To be issued when the rent arrears are 14 days overdue.

 

 

 

Section 21 - Notice requiring possession
